First things first: How long does delivery take?
All our products are handmade building elements made of real stucco plaster. This means that production, packaging, and shipping are more complex than for polystyrene products.
As a rule, we can process small to medium-sized orders (e.g., up to 50m of stucco moldings) within 2-3 weeks after receipt of payment. For you, this means that you can expect your stucco to be delivered at the end of the 3rd week or at the latest in the 4th week.
This requires a smooth process in manufacturing and transport along all routes. Please inform us if you need your stucco very soon.

Stock levels and availability
To be able to offer you handmade, authentic stucco at fair prices, we rely on short-term deliveries from our factory. As a young company, we are already working on a permanent stock assortment, so that many of our stucco products will be available to you within a few days at any time.
Inspection and packaging of your stucco
In most cases, your stucco goes directly from production to our central warehouse in Gelsenkirchen. From there, we inspect and securely package your stucco in boxes or on pallets for onward transport.
Although our stucco is reinforced with fiberglass, minor damage is not uncommon. To prevent this, we pack your order very carefully in double cardboard or securely on a pallet.
Should your stucco be damaged or incomplete, we are always at your disposal.
Save on transport costs with self-collection
Safely transporting plaster stucco is not easy. Many parcel services, despite our indications of fragile contents, do not have the time or commitment to handle our stucco packages carefully. Despite good cushioning packaging, damage can occur. Of course, we replace damaged stucco.
By collecting it yourself, you save on transport costs and time and can be sure that your stucco is undamaged upon receipt.
